Prepare income tax returns for individuals,
partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, pension
plans and non-profit organizations.
Meet with clients to discuss client provided
information and prepare returns from the information

Meet with clients and/or access bookkeeping files
to analyze current year-to-date information for tax

Payroll & Payroll Tax Reports
Calculate payroll for client preparation and
prepare federal and state quarterly payroll tax
reports.
Preparation of Forms W-2 and 1099 at year-end.
Gross Receipts Reports
Calculate and prepare monthly, quarterly or
semi-annual gross receipts reports as required.
Client Relations
Meet with clients either in person or via
teleconferencing to discuss various accounting, tax,
and/or financial planning matters.
Respond to taxpayer notices received from State or
Federal agencies.

make recommendations.

determines short-or long-term goals and strategies to
achieve them; coordinates with others to accomplish
goals; monitors progress and evaluates outcomes.
ADVANCED ACCOUNTING: Knowledge of financial
accounting theory with emphasis on accounting
concepts, current reporting problems, preparation of
consolidated financial statements.
INCOME TAX LAW: Knowledge of tax laws, including
filing requirements and practices, forms, schedules
and/or attachments necessary to compute taxes.
Meet continuing education requirements as dictated
by State Accountancy Board.
